1. Introduction
BlueMagikSGO LTD ("we", "us", "our") operates the MyBabe application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account information: Name, email address, date of birth, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
Conversation data: Messages and voice interactions you have with the AI companion. This data is used to personalize your experience and improve the AI's memory and responses.
Usage data: Information about how you interact with the App, including session duration, features used, and interaction patterns.
Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and crash data.
Payment information: Subscription and transaction data processed through third-party payment platforms (Apple App Store). We do not store your credit card or payment details directly.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the MyBabe service
- Personalize your AI companion experience
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Improve and optimize the App
- Communicate with you about service updates
- Ensure safety and prevent misuse
- Comply with legal obligations
4. AI and conversation data
Your conversations with the AI companion are processed using third-party AI services. Specifically, MyBabe uses the following providers:
- Google Gemini (by Google) for generating text conversation responses, real-time voice calls, voice message replies (text-to-speech), and real-time information retrieval (search-grounded answers) — privacy policy
- OpenAI for generating your AI companion's images only — both the initial profile photo and in-chat selfies (GPT Image model). OpenAI is not used for any text or audio generation. privacy policy
- Anthropic Claude for extracting key facts from your conversations and saving them as long-term memories your companion can reference — privacy policy
Your conversation content is sent to these providers to generate responses. Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies (linked above). We do not share your personal identity with these providers, only conversation content necessary to generate responses.
Conversation data is stored to maintain conversational memory and provide a personalized experience. We do not sell your conversation data to third parties. We do not use your conversations for advertising purposes. You can delete your conversation history, memories, and all associated data at any time from the Profile section within the App.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
AI service providers: Google (Gemini) receives conversation content to generate text responses, voice calls, and voice replies. Anthropic (Claude) receives recent messages to extract long-term memories. OpenAI is used only for image generation (your companion's profile photo and in-chat selfies via the GPT Image model) and never receives your conversation text or audio. Each provider processes data under their respective privacy policies.
Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and cloud hosting), Clerk (authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (crash reporting).
Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements and are required to protect your information.
6. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on Supabase servers (powered by Amazon Web Services). Supabase provides enterprise-grade PostgreSQL database hosting with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. All database access is restricted to server-side operations only, with no direct client access to your data.
You can delete your conversations, memories, and account data at any time from the Profile > Privacy section in the App. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our servers.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- Object to certain uses of your data

9. Children's privacy
MyBabe is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete it promptly.
10. International data transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
